Return conditions
You can return the purchased product in the same condition as you received it, for a reason, within seven (7) days from the delivery date without using, destroying/destroying it. Two-way shipping fee belongs to the customer.
Returns of products with damaged, destroyed, etc. original packaging are not accepted. Products sent in this way will not be accepted by us and no refund will be made.
In cases where the customer withdraws from the sale within the period, he is obliged to return the product as it was when it was delivered to him, and in case of use, to compensate the loss in the commercial value of the goods due to use.
Two-way shipping fee will be paid by the customer for the products returned in accordance with the above conditions.
Our customers have the right to cancel the product they have purchased, if it is not a special order, 7 days after the order date and before it is delivered to the cargo, by calling Customer Services. There is no right of withdrawal at the stage of withdrawal, 25% of the total price of the goods paid when withdrawn is not refunded.
